Why it’s on the route

Osa grew out of the Nashville roaster 8th & Roast and was started by roaster Lesa Wood with partner Jack Egan, who now runs it. The beans are roasted in small batches, so the bag you take home was often roasted that morning or the day before. The Edgehill shop near Music Row is a compact walk-up window; a larger indoor-outdoor café operates on Gallatin Avenue in East Nashville.
