30S Coffea Roastery

Why it’s on the route

30S Coffea is run by a barista and roaster with more than a decade in the trade, including management roles at large Vietnamese coffee companies. The café sits in the Kim Lien apartment blocks and is built around its roasting workshop, with the brew counter arranged so you can watch batches come out. Beans span Vietnam, Ethiopia, Brazil, Colombia and Costa Rica, including a seasonal Vietnamese Fine Robusta, and the team also runs barista training.
