Cimille Coffee

Why it’s on the route

Cimille is a small café in Phu My Hung, District 7, that roasts in small batches on a roaster kept on site. It offers Ethiopian, Brazilian and Vietnamese highland beans in both light and dark roasts. The compact room uses old sewing-machine tables and works well for a quiet sit-down or a few hours of work.
