Why it’s on the route

D'codeS opened in Hanoi in 2017 as Vietnam's first SCA Premier Training Campus; the name stands for 'decoding the senses'. It runs barista, brewing, sensory, roasting and green-coffee courses, with roasters working on site. Visitors have sat at a counter facing the slow bar, where staff will brew with almost any method you ask for.
