Why it’s on the route
Sơn Pacamara is the farm-to-cup project of Son Nguyen, one of the people who pushed specialty Arabica in Da Lat from around 2010. Its four-hectare farm at about 1,500 metres grows Pacamara, Bourbon and Typica, and the team processes and roasts the coffee itself in small batches, aiming for lighter, cleaner profiles. At the factory-style brew bar you choose from several of the farm's coffees and how they are brewed.
