Why it’s on the route

Mew Roastery was opened in 2021 by a young team aiming to move Vietnamese coffee beyond dark roasts with condensed milk. It roasts small batches in-house, with Fine Robusta from Dak Lak as its flagship alongside light-roast local Arabica, and works directly with farms on processing experiments. The Da Lat café sits in a quiet residential street, its brew bar for pour-over and cold brew set beside a wall of awards.
