SOUL Roastery in Buon Ma Thuot is the home-town space of Soul Specialty Coffee, a Central Highlands brand built around Fine Robusta, with cafés also in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi and Da Nang. Its Soulful Collection experiments with fermentation, including rice-wine and local fruit-yeast ferments. The shop runs basic-to-advanced roasting courses and serves phin, espresso, cold brew and other brewing methods in a garden area and an air-conditioned room.
