Why it’s on the route

Thailand's Akha Ama Coffee opened this Tokyo roastery and café in October 2024, with roasting done on site. Every coffee is a microlot with its producer named, offered as hand drip across washed light, medium and dark roasts plus a natural-process medium roast. A heavy counter built from antique doors anchors the ground floor, and the second floor is bright and warm.
