Why it’s on the route
uni sendagaya is the roastery and coffee shop of uni deli & bar, which held its grand opening in Sendagaya in October 2024. Director Kota Sato, a Japan Hand Drip Championship winner, brews by hand and changes the water temperature from the fourth pour. Seven to ten house-roasted coffees, mostly bought directly from producers, rotate often, such as Colombia's Villa Fatima, in a light, nature-toned room.
