Why it’s on the route

Kurumido Kissaten opened in 2017 near JR Kokubunji Station as the second shop of Nishi-Kokubunji's Kurumido Coffee. Iced drinks come from a large slow-drip cold-brew tower, and the signature sweet is a house-made Siberia, red bean paste and cream sandwiched in castella. The upstairs room has heavy antique English furniture and doubles as a bookshop, with workshops and talks held there too.
