Light Up Coffee's Kichijoji shop sits across from Kichijoji Nishi Park, a short walk from the station, and serves the brand's own light-roasted single origins, five or six at a time. A tasting set lets you compare three of them side by side, and espresso drinks are on the menu too. Roasting happens at the company's Mitaka shop, and Light Up also works with farms in Bali and Vietnam and runs farm tours each year.
