Why it’s on the route

Ginza Miyazawa was founded in 1983 by the father of current owner Chitose Shimizu, and serves Western-style dishes and coffee into the small hours. Its tamago sando, a thick layer of hand-mashed egg salad between thin bread, has long been carried out to Kabukiza, Shinbashi Enbujo and the bars and clubs of Ginza. Around ten sandwiches, from fried fillings to beef fillet, fill out the menu.
