Why it’s on the route
180 Coffee Roasters was founded by Lee Seung-jin, winner of the first Korea Coffee Roasting Championship in 2013 and fifth at that year's World Coffee Roasting Championship, and has produced further national champions such as Joo Sung-hyun. It roasts on two tracks, balanced and dark, using data to keep results consistent, and many Korean roasters have trained there. The shop near Yuldong Park in Bundang sells beans to drinkers and supplies cafés.
