Gray Grist Mill

Why it’s on the route

Gray Grist Mill is a Sinsa-dong roastery café whose coffee program is overseen by Bang Jun-bae, the 2017 Korea National Barista Champion, who roasts most of its coffees in small batches each morning. Guests pick a brewing style, from hand drip to Americano or latte, and then one of around a dozen specialty and micro-lot coffees, some of which can be smelled before ordering. The room is open and design-led, with mostly two-person tables.
