Biroso Coffee
Seoul, South Korea
Why it’s on the route
Biroso Coffee was opened in 2016 by Kim Lio, who learned coffee in four years of café work in Australia and later trained at Anthracite before going independent. He roasts in-house on a Probat and sources with attention to producers' practices and workers' conditions, visiting farms when he can. The red-brick shop sits beside Gyeongui Line Forest Park, with a second floor of large windows over the park.
