Single Origin Espresso & Roast

Why it’s on the route

Single Origin began as a roasting workshop in Luzhou, New Taipei, and after a spell in the East District moved to the Wuxing Street area in Xinyi. The owner is a professional roaster, and both espresso and pour-over are made on an uncommon 3temp Hipster machine. The tiny second-floor room, reached through a barbershop opposite Taipei Medical University, has a skylight, a long counter and windows over a park.
