Black is the second, more experimental bar from Taichung roaster Coffee Stopover, set on a quiet street near National Taichung University of Education. Where the original shop focuses on pour-over and standard espresso, Black is built around a manual lever espresso machine and siphon brewing. Its house-roasted range runs from light to dark, including the heavy-bodied House Black Blend. It placed No. 78 in the World's 100 Best Coffee Shops 2026.
