Why it’s on the route
The Factory is part of Taichung's Mojocoffee group, whose owner visits growing regions to select beans and oversees each stage of processing. Its staff are trained in roasting as well as brewing, and the shop offers pour-over tastings so guests can find the coffee they like, alongside espresso. Big 7 Travel ranked it third among Taiwan's coffee shops in 2020, and the building's exterior resembles a library.
