Coffee Stopover is a West District roastery café in Taichung that sells its own roasted specialty beans and lets guests tailor almost any drink by roast level and brewing method, from pour-over to espresso. It counts 2014 World Cup Tasters Champion Liu Pang-yu as a core partner, has designed blends for other cafés, and hosted TYPICA's 2023 Taiwan caravan. The shop is a rustic old house with industrial touches and plenty of plants.
