Why it’s on the route
The Roasting Lab is Oasis Coffee Roasters' third shop and its roasting base, set in the lanes near the Tianmu roundabout. A Loring S7 does the roasting, with sacks of green coffee stacked in a corner window. Single origins are served as V&G pour-overs with a card describing each bean, and lattes use blends such as Supersonic; the light, terrazzo-floored room opens fully onto a small garden courtyard.
