Why it’s on the route

Rufous is one of the early names in Taipei's craft coffee scene, roasting its own beans and brewing single origins as pour-over, siphon and cold drip alongside espresso. The original shop is on Fuxing South Road, while the second, on Minquan East Road, has a roasting room visible from the seats, a slow-drip tower that brews the house blend over a full day, and an espresso flight served side by side.
