Acoustic Java is a Worcester roaster run by owner-roaster David Fullerton, with a roastery and tasting room on Brussels Street and a separate café on Main Street. Coffees from more than 20 countries and regions are roasted in 30- to 60-pound batches, with a focus on high-scoring lots that also carry certifications such as fair trade and organic. The tasting room serves the house coffees, including pour-overs, next to the roasting floor.
