Anthology, run by Josh and Annie Longsdorf, roasted and served coffee inside Corktown's Ponyride building from 2012 before moving to Eastern Market in 2019. The 2,900-square-foot Division Street café has brick walls, high ceilings and garage doors opening to a patio, with the roaster visible at the back. Single-origin pour-overs on Hario V60 lead the menu, alongside espresso from Modbar and batch brew.
