Why it’s on the route
Calvin Fletcher's opened in October 2009 in Fletcher Place, founded by pastor Doug Litsey and his son Jeff and named after the 19th-century Indianapolis philanthropist. Inspired by the tea houses Jeff saw in Asia, it was built as an informal neighbourhood gathering place with a strong community focus, and it now roasts its coffee in-house.
