Why it’s on the route

Dueling Rabbits was opened in autumn 2024 by owner-roaster Adam Roush inside the Huxley & Hiro bookstore on North Market Street. He roasts small batches twice a week, focusing on rare single origins from places such as Madagascar, Trinidad and Tobago and Papua New Guinea, served as pour-over and espresso drinks like cortados. The bookstore setting makes it quieter and slower-paced than a commuter coffee bar.
