Metropolis is a Chicago roasting company founded by father and son Jeff and Tony Dreyfuss, who opened this Edgewater café on Granville Avenue in 2003. It is the company's home café, where you can taste coffees before buying beans, and the roastery itself is elsewhere. Metropolis was named Roast Magazine's Roaster of the Year in 2006.
