Never Coffee roasts its own beans and runs cafés on SE Belmont and downtown, in minimal monochrome rooms brightened by touches like rainbow lettering on the espresso machine. It is best known for inventive signature lattes, such as the licorice Midnight Oil and the hops-and-dulce-de-leche Oregon Latte, while a rotating single origin called OH! covers straight coffee.
