Steelhead Coffee is run by John and Rany Aguirre, who opened their Cal Heights flagship on Wardlow Road in 2014 and have since added shops at Bixby Knolls' SteelCraft and in Bluff Park, in a former bank. Rather than roasting, Steelhead serves beans from guest roasters such as Penny and Cat Cloud, making it a relaxed neighbourhood stop for batch brew and espresso.
