Why it’s on the route
Tony's dates to 1971, when Tony Campbell roasted coffee on an old nut roaster and sold it in Bellingham's Fairhaven district; the original coffeehouse is still there. Roasting moved to the Irongate District in 1995, from where Tony's supplies cafés and grocers around Bellingham and Seattle, and in 2021 Roast magazine named it Macro Roaster of the Year.
