Drip & Drop Coffee Supply is a small Kyoto coffee company built around the idea 'The Choice is Yours': you pick the brewing method that suits the coffee and your taste. Beans are roasted in small batches at its own micro-roastery in Kamigyo, hand-sorted before and after roasting and cupped every batch. The Ginkakuji shop sits on a street near the Philosopher's Path, with standing room and a coffee soft-serve found only here.
