Why it’s on the route
Camellia built a wholesale roasting business in Sacramento before opening its first café in the WAL Public Market on the R Street corridor in 2018. The compact bar is anchored by a custom cactus-green Slayer espresso machine, with Kalita Wave pour-overs for filter. Roasting and staff training happen at the company's own production space in Mansion Flats.
