Chloé Cà Phê is a Vietnamese coffee shop and roastery run by Crystal Huynh-Kim and Charley Phung and named for their daughter; Crystal's parents ran one of the first Vietnamese coffee shops in Little Saigon. Its coffee is sourced directly from Vietnam, with an emphasis on Liberica and fine robusta from Sơn La, Lâm Đồng and Đắk Lắk, served in drinks like Vietnamese iced coffee and a phở-spiced Americano.
