Conjure Coffee

Why it’s on the route

Conjure was founded by Corey Waldron, a founding partner of the Modbar espresso equipment company, who roasted under the name Fort Roasting before opening the Columbia Avenue café in 2016. Coffee is roasted in-house, and the bar was built around Modbar espresso and pour-over modules. The bright room has white walls, a tiled bar front and live-edge counter seating, with an expanded patio outside.
