Harbinger was founded by Jonathan Jarrow, former head roaster at Chicago's Ipsento, and began as a pour-over coffee cart before opening shops in Fort Collins. The Harmony café, opened in 2017, is its roastery café: a San Franciscan roaster sits by the entrance, so you pass it on the way to the bar, and guest roasters appear alongside house coffees.
