Why it’s on the route
The Fox Den opened in March 2022 in a former laundromat, run by Patricia Acheson, who has roasted professionally since 2019 and roasts Fair Trade coffee on site. It operates without single-use disposables: bring a mug or borrow a glass jar on deposit, and grounds are composted. Nearly everything inside is upcycled, from folding tables turned shelves to Victorian estate-sale seating.
