Lima Coffee Roasters is a family business run by Amanda and Diego Lima, a Rio de Janeiro-born roaster, who began roasting in Fort Collins in 2018 and aim to buy all their coffee direct trade. The Old Town café serves espresso and brewed coffee from their own roastery, sells their beans, and has flexible seating for meetings, solo work or a quick stop. There are also cafés in Foothills and Campus West.
