Worth a detour
Bindle Coffee
Fort Collins · Jessup Farm Artisan Village, United States
Why it’s on the route
Bindle Coffee opened in 2015 as a micro-roastery in a former mechanic's garage on the restored Jessup Farm homestead, roasting mostly single-origin, traceable coffees that change with the seasons. The bar launched with a lever espresso machine and Chemex and AeroPress pour-overs. Inside, the bar top is made from 1920s boxcar floorboards and the tables from salvaged 1880s pine, with a big garage door letting in light.
