Starbucks' Chicago Reserve Roastery fills about 35,000 square feet over five floors on Michigan Avenue, in a former Crate & Barrel flagship, making it the largest Starbucks in the world. Coffee is roasted on site and moves through copper silos as it rests. Separate bars cover espresso and filter, experimental brewing, barrel-aged coffee and nitro gelato, alongside a Princi bakery and the Arriviamo cocktail bar.
